How long are typical pre-rolls? Typical pre-rolls range from 15-30 seconds.	What are your methods of payment? We pay our publishers via check or PayPal
What fees are associated with joining the network? There are no fees associated with joining the network or at any other time that a site runs our ad supported player. We cover the serving, content licensing, support, and administration costs.	What are your payout rates? Revenue you receive will be based on a CPM (Cost Per Thousand). You will be compensated for delivering the advertisements. Prices are different for each of our advertisers so there is no set price and you will receive a revenue share of all the campaigns that run on your player.
What is your payment term? We pay our publishers on a Net 60 basis (60 days after the end of the month in question). For example, January revenue is paid on March 30.	What is the Approval Process? Each submitted site must be approved by both the advertisers and content owners. Approval can take as much as 48 hours.
If I do not want to run ads with the player, can I do that? Sure, you will have the choice to run the player without advertising. However, in doing so, you will not receive revenue and will incur a cost for the serving and content only. You can learn more about non-advertising player options at http://jambocast.com	Can I run my own content with your content? Yes, you can upload your own content into the player, but before advertising can be run against it, it must be approved. Therefore, there may be no advertising on your content. You also must show proof that you are the owner of the content and have the right to display it online.
I have duplicate websites listed in my account. Email us support@jambovideonetwork.com and we will take care of this for you.	Can I run your player in conjunction with another player? You cannot run any other advertising supported players if our player is on your site.
My site is not in English. Will the video player work on my site? At this time we do not have content and advertisers available for non-English sites.	I have some international traffic. Do you have international ads? Yes. The Jambo Video Network has US targeted as well as International targeted advertisements.
I see the player but no video is playing, why? Please check and make sure you have the player code set up correctly in our web page. The header script tag of step 1 must be placed in between the header tags on your web page. And the Script tags for Step 2 must be placed in the web page where you want the player to appear.	How do I set up your code on my site? Once your site is approved, you will be able to log in to the network. The Jambo Video player code is located in the Websites section of your publisher login. You will need to copy and paste the player code directly into the source code of your website. Each player code is specifically targeted to an approved domain name and will only work on that domain. If you have additional domains, please submit them via the Publisher Interface to have them approved.
I have several sites; can I use the same code for each site? No. The Jambo Video player has a technology that is designed to work only on 1 specified domain. This is to avoid our product from being used on domains that have not been approved. Each unique code will only work on the approved domain that was submitted. You will need to enter each website URL in the Publisher Interface and receive a new code for each site.	What content will be displayed in my player? In your Publisher Interface you will have the ability to select from our library of professionally produced content. If you have more than 1 approved website, you can select different content to match each site.
I cannot get the ads to show up & I am seeing "You are not running this from a valid domain". Each player code is specifically targeted to an approved domain name and will only work on that domain. If the domain name is not valid you will see the following text in place of the player. "You are not running this from a valid domain". Please check and see that you are using the correct player for that domain. You will need to copy and paste the player code directly into the source code of your website. The player code will not work if it is being placed in an ad serving software. Each individual site needs to be approved by Content Providers and Advertisers, so if you are adding a site, please contact your account manager.	I have multiple sites, but there is only space for 3, do I need to register each individual site? You do not need to fill out the sign up form for each site. On the initial sign up, you can choose up to 3 sites for the registration. After approval, via your Publisher Interface, you can submit as many more as you wish.
Can I use my 300x250 banner code in the companion banner spot? Yes, we understand how valuable your real estate on your site is and we encourage our publishers to put their own 300x250 code in this default spot.
